Gwyneth Paltrow pregnant?

Gwyneth Paltrow's hospital dash was due to pregnancy complications, it has been claimed. The Oscar-winning actress — who had knee surgery last year — was wheeled into New York's Mount Sinai Medical Center on Monday by husband Chris Martin and sources claim she was taken to the hospital's maternity wing Klingenstein Pavilion.

A source told the New York Daily News newspaper: "They looked very serious. She looked upset. They went right past everyone and into the elevator. It seemed like they were expected." Gwyneth, 35 — who has a three-year-old daughter Apple and a one-year-old son Moses with Coldplay singer Chris — has previously revealed she wants a bigger family. She said last year: "I have a dream version where I think maybe in four years I'll have two in a row really quickly. But when everyone's potty-trained and sleeping through the night, are you really going to go back? I'd like to work a bit now.

My husband wants to adopt. So I don't know. I'm sort of open for anything." Gwyneth's representative Stephen Huvane refused to discuss the reason behind the actress' hospital visit, insisting: "She's fine. Talk of pregnancy is guesswork at best. This is a private matter not for public consumption."

Katrina in love with her boss

Katrina Kaif is in love with her boss. And the man in question is certainly not Salman Khan.

Well, hold on your thoughts before they start turning really wild as we are talking about her on-screen love in soon to be released ‘RACE’. An Abbas Mustan thriller, this multi-starrer has Katrina playing the role of a personal assistant who is in love with her boss. However, there is not much known about who really is really her boss (Saif Ali Khan or Akshaye Khanna) since this is the very fact which forms the integral part of the film's plot.

On her end, Katrina reveals that though her character loves her boss, he on the other hand, misunderstands it for her dedication for work and doesn't quite pay much attention for her love.

First thriller of Katrina since the beginning of her career way back in 2003 (‘Boom’), ‘Race’ is a new experience for Katrina who has been seen in back-to-back romantic/comedy hits like ‘Welcome’, ‘Partner’, ‘Namastey London’ and ‘Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya’. Katrina's upcoming films are ‘Singh is Kinng’ and ‘Yuvraaj’.

1 CRORE MALLIKA

Mallika Sherawat had quite a successful 2007 with a hat-trick of box office successes to her name. However, even though 'Guru', 'Aap Ka Surroor - The Moviee' and 'Welcome' were all money spinners, Mallika only had supporting roles or cameo appearances in each of the three films.

While in 'Guru', she gyrated to the tune of chartbuster track 'Maiyya Maiyya', in case of 'Aap Kaa Surroor - The Moviee' there were rumors about her charging a whopping Rs one crore in fees for a short appearance.

In the film, she had an item track 'Mehbooba' in addition to a few scenes as a woman who had much more than just a crush on Himesh Reshammiya.

Even though she was promoted as a vamp in the film, she hardly seemed to be the one as the film progressed.

Meanwhile, the latest release 'Welcome' is her biggest blockbuster of all times. Even as she made an appearance only in the second half of the film, her arrival only made the proceedings livelier.

Her naughty antics with Nana Patekar and Anil Kapoor managed to get the house down with her 'Kiya Kiya' song and dance number with the two veterans turning out to be a chartbuster.

Says a source closely associated with the actor, "The year 2007 has gone quite well for Mallika even though she didn't have a lead role to play in any of the three films.

After 'Pyaar Ke Side Effects', her fans have obviously been asking for more. After a consistently good run, in the form of three super hit films, she is all set to enter 2008 with a lot more confidence."

The year 2008 is indeed special for Madame M as she would be seen in at least three high profile projects - 'Ugly And Pagli', 'Maan Gaye Mughal-E-Azam' and a Tamil film 'Dasavatharam'.

Reveals the source, "'Maan Gaye Mughal-E-Azam' is all set to remind the audience of the great chemistry that Mallika shared with Rahul Bose in 'Pyaar Ke Side Effects'. The film is a wonderful package.

Not only does it comes from the house of Venus who are looking at making a comeback after the debacle of 'Aap Ki Khatir'; it also has Sanjay Chhel as a director who wrote such superb one liners in 'Partner'.

Actors like Paresh Rawal and Kay Kay Menon in the cast only make this yet another more comedy to watch out for in 2008."

Another comedy which Mallika's fans can expect from her this year is 'Ugly And Pagli'.

A Pritish Nandy Communications' production, the film, as per its producer Rangita Pritish Nandy, is 'Bollywood's quirkiest, kinkiest and funniest romance'.

To be directed by debutant Sachin Khot, the film sees Mallika paired opposite Ranvir Shorey who had a supporting role to play in 'Pyaar Ke Side Effects'. A romantic comedy, the film has music by Anu Malik.

Before the year comes to a close, Mallika would be also seen in her biggest and costliest Indian project ever - 'Dasavatharam' (which stands for 'Ten Incarnations').

She is said to be playing a CIA agent in the film that has Kamal Hassan in the lead with as many as 10 characters to portray.

With three major films up her sleeves that would feature Mallika in different roles as a leading lady, 2008 could well be the year that acts as her calling card!

Angelina Jolie having a second biological child

PREGNANT PAUSE

Angelina Jolie is rescheduling her press tour for her upcoming movie Wanted so that she can concentrate on having a second biological child

Angelina Jolie has everything a 32-yearold woman could ask for: a glowing film career, four children and a handsome beau in Brad Pitt. But that’s not enough for the actress — she’s desperate to have a second, biological child. The Tomb Raider star is so set on a child that she has been telling her people to schedule upcoming press tours around her fertility cycle.

A source told America’s OK! magazine, “Angelina’s people have told the studio she won’t be available on some dates to promote her new movie Wanted in June. She is focusing on trying to get pregnant and to hopefully be pregnant around the time of the film’s release.”
Angelina gave birth to her daughter Shiloh in May 2006 in Namibia. The actress also has three adopted children — six-year-old Cambodian son Maddox, four-year-old Vietnamese son Pax and three-year-old Ethiopian daughter Zahara.

Angelina has made no secret of her desire to extend her family, either by getting pregnant again or adopting. She said last year, “Brad and I would like to have more kids. I’ve always wanted a big family, and Brad’s the same. We are enjoying the children together. They are such big personalities, and it’s so exciting to watch them grow up.”

Meanwhile, Jolie and Pitt have raised concerns about their kids’ health after being spotted eating junk food several times. Jolie in the past has been photographed buying hot dogs from a vendor on the street. She also raised a few eyebrows when she let her one-year-old daughter eat potato chips. Nutritionists have not taken too kindly to Brangelina’s love for junk food.

Nutritionist Dr Majid Ali says, “Kids’ taste buds are still developing and if you overload them with sugar, salt and white flour, it can entice the brain chemistry to crave those items instead of vegetables or grains. So it’s important for parents to look for variety and use those other foods for a reward once in a while, but not as a lifestyle.” AGENCIES.

Rakhi Sawant And Her Publicity Stunts

Rakhi Sawant is one actress who always has one way or the other to stay in news. Getting emotional, or exposing too much or blabbering some rubbish………these are some tactics she uses to stay in news.

Everything she does seems so artificial and superficial that you do not know whether to laugh or to cry when she opens her mouth.

Sources reveal that the lady has decided to go unemotional in the New Year. She has decided to sober down in 2008

Well this statement has certainly brought the lady in limelight.

Also, she is in news for lodging a complaint against Star News, accusing them to be cheating the audiences, due to their alleged fake voting pattern.

The channel however, has not taken this allegation seriously.

“From now, Rakhi won’t cry, but will have people cry,” she roars. Watch out guys!!!!!!

Princess Diana’s former butler, Paul Burrell, .......

Mum called Di a w****
Former butler says Frances Shand Kydd disapproved of beau Dr Hasnat Khan
Princess Diana’s former butler, Paul Burrell, has revealed that her mother had called Diana a “w****” for dating Pakistani heart surgeon, Dr Hasnat Khan.

Burrell gave five hours of evidence on Monday at the inquest into her death in an August 1997 car crash in Paris along with Dodi Fayed, whose father claims there was a plot to kill them to stop her marrying a Muslim.
“She called the princess a w**** and she said that she was messing around with ‘other men’ and she was disgraceful and said some very nasty things,” he told the inquest, referring to Frances Shand Kydd, who died in 2004. He said that it was this telephone conversation that led Diana to cut links with her mother.

Burrell also said that Diana did not consider Fayed as “the one” she should marry and was still yearning for former boyfriend [Khan], whom she had planned to wed. Diana had wanted to marry Pakistani heart surgeon Khan, with whom she split shortly before her brief relationship with Fayed ended in tragedy, Burrell said.
Fayed’s father Mohamed Al Fayed claims they were killed in a British establishment conspiracy. Burrell said on Monday that Diana’s relationship with Fayed was “exciting” for the princess.

BRITNEY SPEARS And ADNAN GHALIB, Fight With Paparazzi - pic

In a strange twist of events, Adnan Ghalib, who was once a stalker, has now become the one being stalked, right along with his girlfriend Britney Spears.

Not only is he being stalked, but he’s also being an ass about it, throwing elbows into his former co-workers.

Here’s some video of Britney Spears and Adnan Ghalib in the Macy’s parking lot. Britney freaks out on the paparazzi at about 4:15 in, yelling at them with her British accent.

Britney is to appear in front of the judge today, regarding custody of her children. Let’s just hope Adnan breaks away from his selfish intentions and gets her to the hearing.

Is Britney Spears moving to Pakistan?

What is it about Pakistani men that glamorous women from the West find so irresistible? The latest rumour of pop singer Britney Spears possibly converting to Islam and moving to Pakistan with her companion Adnan Ghalib has set off a debate among women in the country.

The grapevine is abuzz with twice-divorced singer Spear's romance with little known Ghalib, a man of Pakistani origin. Spears, according to Britain's Sun newspaper, wanted to fake her death and embrace Islam and move to Pakistan and start a new life!

Ghalib, 35, who works for a photo agency, is being described as "a gold digger" whom the "lonely" and "vulnerable" Spears cannot do without.

According to media reports, Ghalib's respectable Sunni Muslim family in Birmingham is so horrified by his antics that they have disowned him.

"His parents Ghalib and Saghra are devastated. This week his dad gave him an ultimatum, 'Give up Britney, or you are dead to me,' which Adnan ignored," a friend of Ghalib was quoted as saying.

But much before Spears, there was Jemima Khan, the glamorous daughter of a millionaire who married the much older cricketer Imran Khan against her family's wishes and moved to Pakistan. Their marriage did not last and she was back in London with her two sons in less than a decade.

The romance of Diana, the Princess of Wales, who reportedly found her "Mr Wonderful" in a Pakistani cardiologist in London, is another case in point.

Hasnat Khan decided not to marry his love because of the great cultural divide. Unfortunately, his marriage to a woman of Afghan royalty did not last reportedly because of his Diana connection.

Sehr Naqvi, a homemaker, said, "I think Pakistani men are more committed and, of course, the Pathan genes hold them in good stead. Britney Spears is hardly a good example - well, she could fall for anyone - but we have had Jemima and Diana too falling for Pakistani men."

With the news of Hasnat Khan breaking his silence over his "affair" with Diana, the topic is hot at dinner tables.

"May be he didn't speak about Diana because his own marriage was not working out. We learnt that he has separated from his wife of 18 months just yesterday. But he seems still so much in love with Diana," Naqvi said.

Like Naqvi, many feel Diana and Jemima were good news for Pakistan, but they can do without Spears.

"I can imagine how the orthodox amongst us would react. I can almost see a fatwa against Spears coming," said Shazia, Naqvi's 22-year-old daughter.

Shahida Haq, another homemaker, wondered what is it about Pakistani men that make them so "special" to Western women.

"Look at the way they treat our women. I think they are so chauvinistic and full of themselves. I wonder what these women find attractive in them?”

"May be they should launch their charm offensive on Pakistani women. That's something we women will never complaint against," Haq chuckled.

Meanwhile, Deepika, who is holidaying in Australia, is believed to have extended her holiday. According to sources, the producers of Robot are willing to pay her the fee she quotes. But one wonders whether Deepika, all of 22, will be happy about doing a film opposite Rajnikant, all of 58.

Apart from the under production Yash Raj project with Ranbir Kapoor and Bipasha Basu, she is doing Nikhil Advani's Chandni Chowk to China and is believed to be committed to Saif Ali Khan's maiden production venture to be directed by Imtiaz Ali.

Rajnikanth's previous heroines have been Sridevi and Manisha Koirala. For his last blockbuster, Sivaji—The Boss, Aishwarya Rai was offered the part but nothing really came of that.

In the end, it was Shriya Saran who played the romantic lead in the movie, which ran to packed houses even in Mumbai and North India. Rajnikanth, however, is believed to have made his trip to Tirupathi and thanked Lord Balaji after signing Robot.
