Lohan Hospitalized After Motorbike Accident

Lindsay Lohan was hospitalized on Saturday after being hit by a motorbike in New York City. The Mean Girls star was out with girlfriend Samantha Ronson when she was struck by a motorcyclist near a club. “She’s not hurt. That’s all I really care about,” the actress’ father, Michael Lohan, said. Lohan was taken to Beth Israel Medical Centre, where she was treated and released on Saturday, according to the New York Post. It is not clear if she filed an accident report. Lindsay’s rep confirmed that she was “fine” following the incident.
Keys apologizes over cigarette ads:

Singer Alicia Keys has been forced to apologize to fans in Indonesia after discovering that her forthcoming concert in the country was partsponsored by a cigarette manufacturer. Anti-smoking groups have been left furious after it was revealed the event was in association with Mild Live Production; an Indonesian subsidiary company of tobacco giant Philip Morris International, reported Gigwise.com. Keys has demanded for all association with the company to be removed from promotional material.

Springsteen, Jovi and Chesney vie for top tour: Bruce Springsteen’s upcoming tour could make him the biggest touring artist of the year in North America. Springsteen, who kicks off the second leg of his North American tour in New Jersey on Sunday, will vie for the crown with fellow rockers Bon Jovi and country singer Kenny Chesney, according to Pollstar magazine. Each artist should end the year with ticket sales of about $70 million, said Gary Bongiovanni, the editor of the Fresno, California-based trade publication. The Police were tops last year with $132 million, while the Rolling Stones led the field in 2006 with $138.5 million.

Shia LaBeouf arrested for drunken driving: ‘Indiana Jones’ star Shia LaBeouf was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving after an auto accident in which he was injured, a police official said. LaBeouf was driving a vehicle that collided with another vehicle in Hollywood. LaBeouf was booked for misdemeanor DUI (driving under the influence) and then released. LaBeouf’s passenger and the driver of the other vehicle sustained minor injuries.

Miller to move into ex-boyfriend Jude Law's neighbourhood: Actress Sienna Miller has found a house close to her ex-boyfriend Jude Law's house in London. Miller loved the house in North London, which is just five doors down from Law's house, reports Mirror.co.uk. The actress, who lives in Los Angeles, is currently in Britain to film "Nottingham". A source said: "She's been given the details of loads of houses, but she says there is only one she really wants. Unfortunately it's next to Law's." Law and Miller had met in 2004 on the sets of "Alfie" and got engaged the same year. But they broke it off a year later after it was revealed that Law was romantically involved with the children's nanny.

Cat’s £7500 face surgery: British animal lover Tanya Dickson spent £7500 on her pet cat’s facial reconstructive surgery after it was terribly disfigured in a car accident. The accident has left the cat in a coma. The cat’s nasal cavity had been shunted to the back of its brain, one eye had collapsed amid numerous fractures.
