There are huge expectations with 'Murder 2' because of its name. 'Murder' had sent the BO ringing in 2004 because of its music, sizzling chemistry and bold scenes. While the audience expects 'Murder 2' to create a similar effect or more, only time will tell if it will stand true to its promise.

The actor is back at what he does best. Emraan was also part of Mahesh Bhatt's 'Murder'. While in the previous film he played boyfriend to Mallika Sherawat, in 'Murder 2' he plays a Goan ex-cop who earns his bread doing all the wrong and odd jobs.

Always known as the cute and bubbly girl, Jacqueline goes for a complete 360 degree avatar change in 'Murder 2'. Showing more oomph and a lot more skin, Jacqueline is on a roll.

After seeing several promos of 'Murder 2' it is clear the the duo have a very sizzling chemistry that is bound to set the screen on fire this Friday.

The local Goan gangster is suffering a huge loss in business due to his missing hookers. He contacts Hashmi to help investigate the case. The case revolves around finding s serial killer who is a sex addict and preys on prostitutes and kills them later.

Seven years ago Mahesh Bhatt came with a story about a bored housewife embroiled into an extra marital affair. And Mukesh Bhatt carries the legacy on with 'Murder 2'

The soundtrack of the film is a mixed bag of chart-buster, situational song and a some passable songs. However, the songs may not have the same effect as 'Murder' which is hummed even today. The music is composed by Harshit Saxena, Mithoon, Sangeet Haldipur and Siddharth Haldipur.
